Le groupe Vetopharm est constitué de quatre sociétés à responsabilité limitée : Vetopharm,Veropharm Production ,Pharmidal ns et Saniplast.A l’origine, la première société a été créée en 1994 sous la dénomination S.N.C.Vetopharm, puis modifiée en 1997 en la forme de Sarl Vetopharm.
La société a pour objet l’importation, l’exportation, la distribution et la production des produits et vaccins à usage vétérinaire.VETOPHARM est un acteur important de la distribution des produits et médicaments vétérinaires en Algérie.Son expérience de plus de vingt ans, lui permet de bénéficier de l’expertise métier, des services adaptés et d’un outil informatique performant.NOTRE METIER :Aujourd’hui Vetopharm occupe une position stratégique au cœur du circuit de distribution du médicament vétérinaire , puisqu’elle est l’interface incontournable entre les laboratoires pharmaceutiques et les grossistes.
Notre métier se décompose en trois grands processus d’activités :1.
l’approvisionnement en produits pharmaceutiques auprès de laboratoires réputés : Virbac , Biové, et Vetopharm-Pro ,lhisa et artimon 2.
la réception et le stockage des produits pharmaceutiques ;L’entrepôt de Vetopharm , véritable poumon de son activité, s’étend sur une plate-forme de 1000 M² ; ce qui lui permet d’assurer convenablement ses missions et conformément aux bonnes pratiques de distribution.Il dispose d’un espace stockage médicaments en température contrôlée entre 18 et 25 degrés.De deux chambres froides d’une capacité de 100M², (température comprise entre 2 et 6 degrés).
Dans cet entrepôt, c’est un personnel qualifié et expérimenté qui assure la réception, la vérification des livraisons conformément aux commandes, et à la qualité requise des produits reçus (Présentation, Péremption, Température).Le stockage :Un stockage rigoureux, respectant les normes de conservation et de sécurité reste le leitmotiv de la société.3.
L’expédition :Une première phase qui passe par la préparation des colis avec soin, afin de garantir une bonne réception par le client.L’expédition des produits est ensuite effectuée dans les délais requis et vers toutes les destinations couvertes au niveau national.
Le portefeuille clients de la société est de plus de soixante distributeurs grossistes qui assurent un maillage sur toutes les régions du pays (Est, Sud et Sud-est, Centre et Ouest).Compte tenu de:• L’évolution du marché du médicament • Des besoins grandissants du marché algérien en médicaments vétérinaires• Des facilités accordées par l’état aux producteurs (APSI, Crédits bancaires)• L’évolution de la Sarl VETOPHARM dans le marché du médicament vétérinaireIl a été décidé d’étendre l’activité à la production.

Our business is divided into three major business processes:1.
the supply of pharmaceuticals from reputable laboratories: Virbac, Biové and Vetopharm-Pro, lhisa and mizzen2.
receipt and storage of pharmaceutical products;The warehouse Vetopharm, true heart of its business, extends a platform of 1,000 sqm; allowing it to properly carry out its tasks and in accordance with good distribution practices.It has a storage space medicine temperature controlled between 18 and 25 degrees.Two cold rooms with a capacity of 100M (temperature between 2 and 6 degrees).In this warehouse, it is a qualified and experienced staff that ensures the receipt, verification of deliveries to the order, and to the required quality of commodities (Presentation Shelf, Temperature).Storage :A rigorous storage respecting the conservation and safety standards remains the companys motto.3.
Shipping:A first phase which involves the preparation of packages with care to ensure a good reception by the customer.The shipment of goods is then done on time and to all destinations covered nationally.
The customer portfolio of the company is over sixty wholesale distributors that provide a mesh on all regions of the country (East, South and Southeast, Central and West).Given:• The evolution of the drug market• The growing needs of the Algerian market in veterinary medicines• The facilities granted by the state to producers (APSI, bank credits)• The evolution of Sarl VETOPHARM in the veterinary medicinal productIt was decided to extend the activity to production.
